Not only did we identify a design flaw in the leaf screen that allowed water to accumulate around the wiper pump, but we designed a new part that diverts the water away, prototyped it and began production – all in a 72-hour period. Which quickly brought a smile to the faces of those at the automobile plant, as well as our Tier 2 customer, who’s now referred to by many as “Hero.”
